Dan Roehrdanz

Dan has been employed with Inspec since 1996. His areas of emphasis include windows, pavement, outdoor athletic facility, sitework, site drainage, and waterproofing services. These services include valuations and surveys; field data collection; long-range budgeting and planning; design, consulting, developing construction documents (drawings and project manual/ specifications); and coordinating subconsultants. Dan also has experience in conducting the bid process, conducting pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, monitoring construction, review and approval of project submittals and pay applications, and conducting final inspections.
