Peter has been employed with Inspec since 1987, and is currently responsible for Inspec’s Milwaukee and Chicago offices, and oversees the operations of the designers, drafters, observers, support staff, and operations. He has provided full-time and periodic observations on several hundred reroofing, waterproofing and exterior wall repair projects. He has extensive experience with many types of roof systems, including built-up, single-ply, modified, tile, slate, and metal. From 1995 to 1997, he oversaw the building envelope management program for one of our clients on over 200 buildings. He has been involved in survey analysis of roofing systems, non-destructive testing, budgeting, and management programming. He has worked with local, state, and national government agencies as well as the private sector.
