Brent Boelter is an Associate, Supervisor, Senior Consultant and has been employed with Inspec since 1992. His responsibilities include overseeing the Pavement Department for the Minneapolis Office. Mr. Boelter serves as lead engineer on numerous pavement design projects. As a senior consultant in our pavement group, he prepares budgets, proposals, project plans, and project specifications. He is personally involved with construction administration services and conducts pre-bid and preconstruction meetings, performs on-site construction observation, and coordinates quality control testing.

Mr. Boelter has extensive experience in the areas of pavement evaluations and surveys, data collection, pavement design, outdoor athletic facility design, and material estimating. Mr. Boelter is also experienced in stormwater management and erosion control as required by governing agencies and municipalities. Several of Mr. Boelter’s design projects have incorporated stormwater amenities such as detention ponds, underground storage facilities, and rain gardens. He is also well versed on the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for exterior features.
